This direct waterfront home is located on a one-acre site on a cul-de-sac in Old Greenwich. With restrictive zoning regulations and set backs, the challenge became the proper utilization of all four floors. The front façade was designed to fit the scale of the street while the rear elevation opened up to take advantage of the water views. This open plan was carried through the interior using flowing spaces such as open atriums. Glass tile bathrooms and maple floors finished the interior.
